Next one up in my series of illustrations in the »canticle of the sun« is »matre terra«, mother earth who feeds us and rules us, and produces various fruits with colored flowers and herbs. Only one more illustration to go!

Next one up in my series of illustrations in the »canticle of the sun« is »frate focu«, brother fire who is beautiful and playful and robust and strong.

Yesterday I went in the workshop of a friend to finally build my new cruiser deck out of an old skate deck. First I designed a nice oldschool looking shape, transferred it on to the skate deck cut it out and sandpapered it and waxed it. I am really happy with the result. I just might have found a new passion. If you have old skate decks, taking up space back home — ship them over to me!
